Police found a victim shot three times at a home SW 15th Street


A Cape Coral female is struggling with aggravated assault fees, accused of shooting a person numerous occasions inside a Cape Coral house.
Allyssia Ann Lopez, 29, continues to be in Lee County Jail on $100,000 bond.
A Cape Coral police report said officers were referred to as to a dwelling in the 1000 block of SW 15th Street soon just after 5 p.m. Saturday for a documented disturbance.,
Officers found a sufferer on the floor of the dwelling with gunshot wounds to the neck, stomach and higher groin parts. The target explained to officers that Lopez was the shooter and had left the residence with two kids and a 9 mm handgun.
