Man who held teen worker at knifepoint in Starbucks going to prison


Dustin Daniel Phennicie, 42, of Fort Myers, will provide 30 several years in prison, adopted by 5 a long time of probation, for an armed robbery at a Lee County Starbucks in 2021.
Phenncie was found responsible in March pursuing a trial in Lee County.
A Lee County Sheriff’s Business office report claimed he walked into the Starbucks on Daniels Parkway at Wiersman Lane on July 14, greeted people and requested for change.

The Sheriff’s Office report explained he then pulled out a knife, restrained an employee, and demanded income, placing a 16-yr-old female cashier in a chokehold at knifepoint until he received funds and fled.
Sheriff’s Business office deputies, including a K-9 device, responding to the holdup found and arrested Phennicie at a hotel behind the Starbucks.
At least a few witnesses discovered Phennicie as the assailant.
